PURPOSE OF THE GALA:
The objective of the gala was to honor and celebrate the rich tapestry of Haitian culture through an immersive experience featuring traditional music, dance, and culinary delights. This esteemed event served as a platform for fostering significant connections within the community while simultaneously contributing to the support and enrichment of our local neighborhoods. The gala was designed as a sophisticated fundraising event to secure financial support for the Dallas Haitian United (DHU). Our mission is to foster unity and empowerment within the Haitian community across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Through this esteemed gathering, we aimed to bolster our initiatives that provide essential resources, including educational programs, medical guidance, immigration assistance, language services, employment support, and professional development opportunities.
